The Science of Life

Ayurveda, the “science of life,” sees health as the harmony of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Every person is born with a unique constitution, a blend of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, space) expressed as three doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha.

When your doshas are in balance, you feel energized, peaceful, and vital. When out of balance, you may feel fatigued, stressed, or unwell. Ayurveda teaches you to read these signals and gently guide yourself back to your natural rhythm.
